Abstract: When electronic products undergo vibration screening, their fastening screws often experience malfunctions such as looseness and detachment. An analysis was conducted on the causes of screw detachment, and the investigation methods and exclusion conditions for the three factors affecting thread connection detachment were clarified. A method for determining the causes of screw detachment was established and applied in practical cases. The results could provide theoretical support for improving product reliability.
