    双相不锈钢表面等离子堆焊不同粉末的显微组织与硬度

    Microstructure and hardness of different powders on duplex stainless steel surface by plasma surfacing

    • 摘要: 采用等离子堆焊方法将Co106F、Co112F、Ni55粉末分别在F51双相不锈钢表面堆焊了两层。采用金相检验、线扫描分析、硬度测试等方法对堆焊后的F51钢进行研究。结果表明:Co106F、Co112F堆焊试样的显微组织形貌没有明显的区别,均由树枝晶组成,Ni55堆焊试样的组织分布较为紧密,在堆焊一层与二层交界处出现无序的柱状晶,为过冷所致;Co106F、Co112F、Ni55堆焊试样堆焊层的平均硬度分别是基体硬度的1.5,1.6,1.62倍;Co106F堆焊试样的表面硬度最小,Ni55堆焊试样的表面硬度最大。

       

      Abstract: Two layers of Co106F, Co112F and Ni55 powders were deposited on the surface of F51 duplex stainless steel by plasma surfacing. The F51 steel after surfacing was studied by metallographic examination, line scanning analysis and hardness test. The results show that there was no obvious difference in the microstructure of Co106F and Co112F surfacing samples, which were composed of dendrites. The microstructure of Ni55 surfacing samples was closely distributed, and disordered columnar crystals appearred at the interface between the first layer and the second layer of surfacing, which was caused by supercooling. The average hardness of the surfacing layer of Co106F, Co112F and Ni55 surfacing samples was 1. 5,1. 6 and 1. 62 times that of the matrix, respectively. The surface hardness of Co106F surfacing sample was the smallest, and the surface hardness of Ni55 surfacing sample was the largest.
