    铜铝过渡线夹开裂原因

    Cracking reason of copper-aluminum transition clamp

    • 摘要: 某型铜铝过渡线夹连续发生了5次开裂事故。采用宏观观察、能谱分析及无损检测等方法,对该线夹的开裂原因进行了研究。结果表明:因焊接工艺控制不当,导致线夹存在未焊透缺陷;铜、铝的热膨胀系数不同,在环境温度和载荷变化的影响下,缺陷发生扩展,最终导致线夹发生开裂。

       

      Abstract: A certain type of copper-aluminum transition clamp had five consecutive cracking accidents. The cracking reason of the clamp was studied by means of macroscopic observation, energy spectrum analysis and non-destructive testing. The results show that due to improper welding process control, the clamp had incomplete penetration defects. The thermal expansion coefficients of copper and aluminum were different. Under the influence of ambient temperature and load changes, the defects expanded and eventually led to cracking of the clamp.
