    飞机树脂基复合材料的初始热损伤检测方法

    Initial thermal damage detection method for aircraft resin matrix composites

    • 摘要: 采用热损伤试验、力学性能测试、扫描电镜分析、孔隙率检测和硬度测试等方法,研究了飞机树脂基复合材料初始热损伤的损伤机制。结果表明:基于硬度测试的检测方法操作简单,并给出了检测参数与材料力学性能的对应关系,具有较好的推广应用前景。

       

      Abstract: The damage mechanism of initial thermal damage of aircraft resin matrix composites was studied by means of thermal damage test, mechanical property test, scanning electron microscope analysis, porosity test and hardness test. The results show that the detection method based on hardness test was simple to operate, and the corresponding relationship between detection parameters and mechanical properties of materials was given, which had a good application prospect.
