    高强铝合金慢拉伸应变速率与氢脆敏感性的关系

    Relationship between slow tensile strain rate and hydrogen embrittlement sensitivity of high strength aluminum alloy

    • 摘要: 以7085高强铝合金材料为研究对象,通过设定不同的慢拉伸应变速率,研究材料的氢致应力开裂,同时对试样断口进行扫描电子显微镜分析,初步探讨了应变速率与氢脆敏感性的关系,为高强铝合金材料氢脆敏感性评价体系的建立提供借鉴。

       

      Abstract: Taking 7085 high strength aluminum alloy material as the research object, the hydrogen induced stress cracking of the material was studied by setting different slow tensile strain rates. At the same time, the fracture of the sample was observed by scanning electron microscope. The relationship between strain rate and hydrogen embrittlement sensitivity was preliminarily discussed, which provided reference for the establishment of hydrogen embrittlement sensitivity evaluation system of high strength aluminum alloy materials.
