    某电厂汽包分散下降管恒力吊架故障原因

    Failure causes of constant hanger of drum decentralized downcomer in a power plant

    • 摘要: 某电厂汽包分散下降管所有恒力吊架的冷、热态均指示向上卡死,管道竖直向热膨胀严重受阻。采用载荷测试及有限元仿真的方法,对该分散下降管恒力吊架的故障原因进行分析。结果表明:该分散下降管恒力吊架的故障原因是恒力吊架选型过大,导致管道最大应力升高了约9%,端口推力矩显著提高,但端口区域的应力仍在安全范围内,能够满足安全运行的需要。

       

      Abstract: The cold and hot state indications of all constant hangers of the drum decentralized downcomer in a power plant indicated upward stuck, and the vertical thermal expansion of the pipe was seriously blocked. By means of load test and finite element simulation, the failure causes of the constant hanger of the decentralized downcomer were analyzed. The results show that the reason for the failure of the constant force hanger of the decentralized downcomer was that the constant hanger was too large, which caused the maximum stress of the pipeline to increased by about 9%, and the thrust moment of the port was significantly increased, but the stress in the port area was still within the safe range, which could meet the needs of safe operation.
