    一种海上风电用S355ML钢的研制方法及其力学性能

    Development method and mechanical properties of S355ML steel for offshore wind power

    • 摘要: 采用碳元素含量及细化晶粒元素添加量均不同的3种方法,对海上风电用S355ML钢进行研制。结果表明:S355ML钢板在预应变为7%,经过250 ℃,1 h的时效处理试验后,其组织无显著变化;采用降低碳元素含量、添加较多细化晶粒元素的方法研制出S355ML钢的应变时效敏感性低,其力学性能完全满足工程项目的使用需求,且该方法的成本最低。

       

      Abstract: A new type of S355ML steel for offshore wind power was developed by three methods with different carbon content and refined grain element addition. The results show that the microstructure of S355ML steel plate had no obvious change after 7% pre-strain and aging treatment at 250℃ for 1 h. The strain aging sensitivity of S355ML steel developed by reducing carbon content and adding more refined grain elements was low, and its mechanical properties fully met the needs of engineering projects, and the cost of this method was the lowest.
