    低合金钢中低含量元素的定量测试及不确定度评估

    Quantitative measurement and uncertainty evaluation of low content elements in low alloy steels

    • 摘要: 采用校准曲线法对低合金钢中常见的微量元素Mn和Si进行电子探针微区定量测试和不确定度计算。结果表明:取包含因子k=2时,试样中Mn元素的质量分数为0. 12%,扩展不确定度为0. 004 8%;Si元素的质量分数为1. 36%,扩展不确定度为0. 042%。

       

      Abstract: The calibration curve method was used to carry out quantitative measurement and uncertainty evaluation of Mn and Si, the common trace elements in low alloy steels, in micro area by electron probe microanalysis. The results show that when the inclusion factor k=2, the mass fraction of Mn in the sample was 0. 12%, and the expanded uncertainty was 0. 004 8%. The mass fraction of Si element was 1. 36%, and the expanded uncertainty was 0. 042%.
