    Fracture reason of Q345B steel fishtail forging

    • 摘要: 某Q345B钢鱼尾板锻件发生横向断裂,采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、扫描电镜分析、力学性能测试、金相检验等方法对鱼尾板的断裂原因进行分析。结果表明:Q345B钢中存在较多且较大的非金属夹杂物,导致鱼尾板锻件的冲击能量显著降低,严重影响了材料的韧性,当受到外力撞击时鱼尾板发生脆性断裂。

       

      Abstract: The transverse fracture reason of a Q345B steel fishtail forging was analyzed by macroscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, scanning electron microscope analysis, mechanical property test and metallographic examination. The results show that there were many and large non-metallic inclusions in Q345B steel, resulting in a significantly reduced impact energy of fishtail forging, which seriously affected the toughness of the material. When the fishtail was impacted by external force, brittle fracture occured.
