Abstract: The effects of coating thickness, alloy layer thickness and microstructure of interface layer on the forming property of galvalume coating were analyzed. The results show that the thicker the galvalume coating was, the greater the deformation of the outside layer was, and the greater the tensile stress was, the more prone to crack. The thicker the alloy layer was, the easier it was to crack under strain. The slower the cooling rate after pot cooling, the easier the interface layer was to enrich the brittle and hard silicon phase, which made the coating crack and the forming property of the coating deteriorate.
