    不等厚P92钢弯头的球形缺陷应力分析及预测

    Spherical defect stress analysis and prediction of P92 steel elbow with unequal thickness

    • 摘要: 对含球形缺陷P92钢弯头的应力情况进行分析,根据球形缺陷最大等效应力与壁厚、环向角度的函数关系,建立了弯头轴向截面为15°~85°的缺陷最大应力预测方程。结果表明:不同轴向截面对球形缺陷的应力影响不大,缺陷在弯头的内弧侧应力更为集中,且随着缺陷与内壁距离的增加,其应力逐渐下降。

       

      Abstract: The stress of P92 steel elbow with spherical defects was analyzed. According to the functional relationship between the maximum equivalent stress of spherical defects and wall thickness and circumferential angle, the prediction equation of the defect maximum stress of the elbow with axial section of 15°-85° was established. The results show that different axial sections had little effect on the stress of spherical defects, and the stress was more concentrated in the inner arc side of the elbow, and the stress decreased with the increase of the distance between the defect and the inner wall.
