Abstract: An automatic detection technology for hot rolled ribbed steel bars was introduced. The technology integrate mass deviation tester, tensile testing machine, six-axis robot, bending testing machine, reverse bending testing machine, sample frame and other equipment. The layout of each equipment is optimized, the equipment can be linked to laboratory management system. The integration automation of mass deviation, room temperature tensile test, bending test and reverse bending test of hot rolled ribbed steel bars is successfully realized.
