    TA1丝网脉冲微束等离子弧焊工艺

    Pulse micro-plasma arc welding process for TA1 wire mesh

    • 摘要: 针对TA1丝网开展了脉冲微束等离子弧焊试验,并从焊接接头的宏观形貌、显微组织和力学性能等方面进行研究,分析了焊接参数对TA1丝网焊接质量的影响。结果表明:采用脉冲微束等离子弧焊可以取得较好的连接效果;随着热输入的增加,焊接接头的宏观形貌由椭球状转变为圆球状;焊接接头母材区的显微组织为等轴α相,焊缝区以针状α相和片状α相为主,热影响区为片状α相,且焊缝区的显微硬度最高;焊接接头的抗拉强度达到了母材的90%,拉伸断口以韧性断裂为主。

       

      Abstract: The pulse micro-plasma arc welding test was carried out for TA1 wire mesh, and the macroscopic morphology, microstructure and mechanical properties of the welded joint were studied, the influence of welding parameters on the welding quality of TA1 wire mesh was analyzed. The results show that the pulse micro-plasma arc welding could achieve better connection effect. With the increase of heat input, the macro morphology of welded joints changed from ellipsoid to spherical. The microstructure of base metal zone of the welded joint was equiaxed α phase, the weld zone was mainly acicular α phase and lamellar α phase, the heat affected zone was lamellar α phase, and the microhardness of the weld zone was the highest. The tensile strength of the welded joint reached 90% of the base metal, and the tensile fracture was mainly ductile fracture.
