    钛合金在金相检验中的常见缺陷

    Common defects in metallographic examination of titanium alloy

    • 摘要: 对钛合金零部件在日常生产过程中发现的缺陷进行分类和总结,选取其中的典型缺陷案例进行宏观观察、金相检验、显微硬度测试、扫描电镜及能谱分析和电子探针显微分析。结果表明:钛合金零部件常见的缺陷有清晰晶、应变线、偏析、过热过烧及α层等。对不同缺陷的产生原因进行分析,为相关人员在钛合金的检验检测过程中对缺陷性质的判定提供了参考。

       

      Abstract: The defects found in the daily production of titanium alloy parts were classified and summarized, and the typical defects were selected for macroscopic observation, metallographic examination, microhardness test, scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis and electron probe microanalysis. The results show that the common defects of titanium alloy parts were clear crystals, strain lines, segregation, overheating and overburning and α layer. The causes of different defects were analyzed, which provided a reference for the determination of defect properties in the inspection and testing of titanium alloys.
