    加氢裂化装置中超期服役压力容器损伤模式的识别

    Damage modes identification of extended service pressure vessel in hydrocracking unit

    • 摘要: 对加氢裂化装置内62台超期服役的压力容器进行潜在损伤模式识别,归类并筛选了压力容器与预期使用寿命的相关度。结果表明:62台压力容器中,与预期使用寿命有低相关度的压力容器共5台;与预期使用寿命有高相关度的压力容器共6台,其中有3台存在腐蚀减薄损伤。采用强度校核的方式对压力容器进行验证,并为其检验方案提供合理化建议。

       

      Abstract: The potential damage modes identification of 62 extended service pressure vessels in hydrocracking unit was carried out, and the correlation between pressure vessels and expected service life was classified and screened. The results show that there were 5 of the 62 pressure vessels with low correlation with the expected service life; there were 6 pressure vessels with high correlation with the expected service life, of which 3 had corrosion thinning damage. The pressure vessels were verified by strength checking, and reasonable suggestions were provided for its inspection scheme.
