    37Mn钢无缝气瓶局部位置厚度异常原因

    Reasons for abnormal thickness in local position of 37Mn steel seamless gas cylinder

    • 摘要: 在对某37Mn钢无缝气瓶进行常规超声测厚时,发现该气瓶局部位置厚度异常,采用超声检测、化学成分分析、金相检验、能谱分析等方法对厚度异常原因进行分析。结果表明:该无缝气瓶局部位置存在分层缺陷导致厚度异常,且这些缺陷是由Al2O3和少量的CaO,MgO,TiO2等夹杂物组成的。

       

      Abstract: In the conventional ultrasonic thickness measurement of a 37Mn steel seamless gas cylinder, it was found that the local position thickness of the cylinder was abnormal. The abnormal thickness reasons were analyzed by ultrasonic testing, chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that there were delamination defects in the local position of the seamless gas cylinder, resulting in abnormal thickness, and these defects were composed of Al2O3 and a small amount of CaO, MgO, TiO2 and other inclusions.
