    钴块镀镍层金相检验试样制备方法

    Sample preparation method for metallographic examination of nickel coating on cobalt block

    • 摘要: 主要研究了钴块镀镍层金相检验试样的制备方法,分别探讨了镶嵌方法、镶样材料、取样方法对金相检验试样质量的影响。结果表明:热镶嵌镀层试样质量较好;采用具有边缘保护作用的电木粉镶制试样质量最好;电火花线切割镀层试样容易使镀层脱落,整体镶嵌方法可以避免产生这种现象。钴块镀镍层金相检验试样制备的最佳方案是采用具有边缘保护作用的普通电木粉整体热镶嵌。

       

      Abstract: The preparation method of the metallographic test sample of nickel coating on cobalt block was mainly studied. The effects of inlay method, inlay material and sampling method on the quality of metallographic test sample were discussed. The results show that the quality of hot inlay coating sample was good.The quality of the metallographic test sample embedded with bakelite powder with edge protection was the best. It was easy to make the coating fall off by cutting the coating sample with electric spark line cutting, and the integral mosaic method could avoid this phenomenon. The best preparation scheme for the metallographic test sample of nickel coating on cobalt block was to adopt the integral hot inlay method of common bakelite powder with edge protection.
