Abstract: The old-style mechanical punctuation machine used in tensile test of steel had the disadvantagess of low efficiency, easy distortion of gauge data and fail to meet the standard requirements of GB/T 228.1-2010. Using laser high-profile precision and servo motor high-precision moving distance control technology, a new batch punctuation machine was designed, which could greatly improve the marking efficiency and accuracy of equipment, and effectively solved the problems of the old-style mechanical punctuation machine.
