    某仪表用导电胶与金属骨架互连不良原因

    Causes of poor interconnection between conductive adhesive and metal skeleton for an instrument

    • 摘要: 某仪表在常温下放置一段时间后其导电胶与金属骨架互连不良。采用宏观观察、电性能测试、X射线检测、拉伸性能测试、扫描电镜及能谱分析等方法对其失效原因进行了分析。结果表明:该仪表导电胶的清漆涂覆工艺不良,引起了金属骨架腐蚀,进而弱化了导电胶与金属骨架的黏接界面,在外界应力的作用下,引起导电胶与骨架接触不良。

       

      Abstract: After an instrument was placed at room temperature for a period of time, the interconnection between conductive adhesive and metal skeleton was poor. The failure causes were analyzed by means of macro observation, electrical property test, X-ray inspection, tensile strength test, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that the poor varnish coating process of conductive adhesive of the instrument caused the corrosion of metal skeleton, and then weakened the bonding interface between conductive adhesive and metal skeleton. Under the action of external stress, it caused poor contact between conductive adhesive and skeleton.
