    渗碳和碳氮共渗淬火硬化层深度的测定精度影响因素

    Influencing factors of determination accuracy of the hardened layer depth in carburizing and carbonitriding quenching

    • 摘要: 采用试验对比的方法研究了检测人员和机械加工方式对渗碳和碳氮共渗淬火硬化层深度测定精度的影响。结果表明:检测人员对相同材料重复检测结果的一致性合格,淬火硬化层深度检测结果良好;而砂轮切割、磨床、线切割等几种机械加工方式对淬火硬化层深度检测结果的影响较大,其中磨床、线切割加工的影响程度大于砂轮切割加工。

       

      Abstract: The effects of the testing personnel and machining methods on the determination accuracy of carburizing and carbonitriding quenching hardened layer depth were studied through experiments. The results show that the consistency of the repeated tests of the same material by the inspectors was qualified, and the test results of the depth of quenched hardened layer were within the range of good values; however, several machining methods such as grinding wheel cutting, grinding machine and wire cutting had a greater impact on the test results of the depth of quenched hardened layer, among which grinding machine and wire cutting had greater influence than cutting of grinding wheel.
