    锅炉水冷壁爆管原因

    Causes of tube explosion in boiler water wall

    • 摘要: 对某电厂循环流化床锅炉水冷壁的鼓包爆管事故进行了化学成分、力学性能、金相检验和能谱分析,结合管道及联箱检查对失效管道进行数值模拟。结果表明:失效管道的化学成分和力学性能均符合标准要求,金相检验结果也未见明显异常;在管道及联箱中发现了异物堵塞和多处鼓包现象,数值模拟、强度校核证实了异物堵塞是造成爆管的直接原因,同时发现失效管道堵塞时向火面的局部温度为550~730℃。

       

      Abstract: The chemical composition, mechanical properties, metallographic examination and energy spectrum analysis of the drum burst accident of the water wall of a circulating fluidized bed boiler in a power plant were carried out, and the numerical simulation of the failure pipeline was carried out combined with the pipeline and the joint inspection. The results show that the chemical composition and mechanical properties of the failed pipeline met the standard requirements, and there was no obvious abnormality in the metallographic test results. Foreign matter blockage and multiple bulges were found in the inspection of pipeline and joint box. Numerical simulation and strength check were used to confirm that foreign matter blockage was the direct cause of pipe explosion. At the same time, it was found that the local temperature to the fire surface was 550-730 ℃ when the failure pipeline was blocked.
