    基于矫顽力的12Cr1MoVG钢球化无损评估

    Nondestructive evaluation of spheroidization of 12Cr1MoVG steel based on coercivity

    • 摘要: 采用金相检验、硬度测试、力学性能测试和矫顽力测量等方法研究了12Cr1MoVG钢的材料球化与矫顽力、服役时间之间的关系。结果表明:通过测量矫顽力可以无损、快捷地预测12Cr1MoVG钢管在服役条件下的球化组织特征及服役时间。该测量结果可为相关单位开展割管处理和寿命评估,预防材料球化失效工作提供借鉴。

       

      Abstract: The relationship between material spheroidization, coercivity and service time of 12 Cr1 MoVG steel was studied by metallographic examination, hard test, mechanical property test and coercivity measurement. The results show that by measuring the coercivity, the spheroidization microstructure characteristics and service time of 12 Cr1 MoVG steel pipe quickly by measuring the coercivity. The results could provide reference for relevant units to carry out pipe cutting treatment and life assessment, and prevent material spheroidization failure.
