    抗静电丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯表面电阻及体积电阻测试影响因素

    Influence factors of surface resistance and volume resistance of antistatic acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene

    • 摘要: 针对外部测试因素,探究了调节时间、温度、湿度、测试电压及外加压力对抗静电丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯材料电阻性能的影响。结果表明:调节时间会影响电阻测试数据的稳定性,在标准环境下的调节时间至少为24 h,电阻才能趋于稳定;材料整体电阻随温度、湿度的增大而减小,湿度对电阻的影响更加显著;测试电压的增大会使材料电阻减小;随着外加压力的增大,材料电阻性能也呈现下降趋势。

       

      Abstract: According to the external test factors, the effects of adjusting time, temperature, humidity, test voltage and external pressure on the resistance performance of the antistatic acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene material were explored. The results show that the adjustment time would affect the stability of the resistance test data, and the resistance could be stabilized when the adjustment time was at least 24 h in the standard environment. The overall resistance of the material decreased with the increase of temperature and humidity, and the influence of humidity on resistance was more obvious. The increase of test voltage would reduce the material resistance.With the increase of applied pressure, the resistance performance of the material also showed a downward trend.
