    车辆用钛合金悬架总成开裂原因

    Cracking reasons of titanium alloy suspension assembly for vehicle

    • 摘要: 某车辆在行驶过程中,其HST2425钛合金悬架总成发生开裂。采用宏观观察、扫描电镜分析、化学成分分析、力学性能测试和金相检验等方法对该悬架总成开裂的原因进行分析。结果表明:钛合金悬架总成模锻成型时,锻造温度过低使其产生了不规则的微观裂纹,在车轮拉力作用下,钛合金悬架总成模锻件外表面的裂纹进一步扩展引发开裂。

       

      Abstract: A vehicle cracked in the HST2425 titanium suspension assembly while driving. The cracking causes of the suspension assembly were analyzed by macro observation, scanning electron microscopy analysis, chemical composition analysis, mechanics performance test and metallographic examination. The results show that during the die forging process of titanium alloy suspension assembly, irregular microcracks at a low temperature were produced due to low forging temperature. Under the action of wheel tension, the cracks on the outer surface of the titanium alloy suspension assembly die forging further expanded and cracked.
