    500kV变电站断路器导气管接头开裂原因

    Cracking causes for airway joint of circuit breaker in 500 kV substation

    • 摘要: 某500 kV变电站高压六氟化硫断路器导气管接头开裂导致泄压故障,采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、硬度测试、金相检验、氨熏试验、扫描电镜和能谱分析等方法,对断路器导气管接头开裂的原因进行了分析。结果表明:导气管接头的显微组织异常,铅元素的宏观偏析,加工、热处理和安装过程产生的内应力以及腐蚀介质的存在,导致接头因应力腐蚀而开裂失效。

       

      Abstract: Cracking airway joint of high voltage sulfur hexafluoride circuit breaker in 500 kV substation was analyzed by using macroscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, hardness test, metallographic examination, ammonia fumigation test, scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis. The experimental results show that the abnormal metallographic structure and the macroscopic segregation of lead elements, the internal stress generated during processing, heat treatment and installation and the existence of corrosive media, which led to the cracking failure of the joint due to stress corrosion.
