Abstract: Due to its high corrosion resistance, it was difficult to quickly and clearly show the microstructure of 2205 duplex stainless steel in the material performance evaluation. On the basis of the existing corrosion methods of duplex stainless steel, the formula of oxalic acid,sodium bicarbonate,nitric and glycerol was used to optimize the corrosion solution, and the clear microstructure of duplex stainless steel could be obtained in a short period time by using the method of electrolytic corrosion.
