    Fracture reason of GH4698 superalloy bolt

    • 摘要: 某型航空发动机低压涡轮盘上的一颗固定螺栓发生断裂,对断裂螺栓进行了宏观观察、断口分析、金相检验、化学成分分析等。结果表明:螺栓断裂的原因是装配时产生了偏斜拉伸应力,且其晶粒组织粗大,使材料的塑性和冲击韧性降低,螺栓的整体承载能力下降。

       

      Abstract: A fixed bolt on a low pressure turbine disk of an aero-engine fractured. Macroscopic observation, fracture analysis, metallographic examination and chemical composition analysis of the fractured bolt were carried out. The results show that the reason for bolt fracture was that the oblique tensile stress was generated during assembly, and the grain structure was coarse, which reduced the plasticity and impact toughness of the material, and reduced the overall bearing capacity of the bolt.
