    40%滑石粉填充聚丙烯振动摩擦焊接强度的影响因素

    Influence factors of vibration friction welding strength of polypropylene filled with 40% talc powder

    • 摘要: 采用试验设计方法对40%滑石粉填充聚丙烯振动摩擦焊接强度的影响因素进行分析,确定了焊接深度、焊接振幅、焊接机压紧力等是其主要影响因素。结果表明:当焊接振幅为1.2 mm,焊接深度为1.8 mm,压紧力为4 MPa时,焊接强度最高;当增加焊接工位数量时,焊接强度有明显增加的趋势,三工位的焊接强度能够达到(11.24±0.80) MPa。

       

      Abstract: The influencing factors of vibration friction welding strength of polypropylene filled with 40% talc powder were analyzed by experimental design method, and the welding depth, welding amplitude and welding machine pressing force were determined as the main influencing factors. The results show that when the welding amplitude was 1. 2 mm, the welding depth was 1. 8 mm and the pressing force was 4 MPa, the welding strength was the highest. When the number of welding stations increased, the welding strength increased significantly, and the welding strength of the three stations could reach (11. 24±0. 80) MPa.
