    3104铝合金织构的X射线衍射法测试误差

    Test error of texture of 3104 aluminum alloy by X-ray diffraction

    • 摘要: 利用X射线衍射法对3种不同热处理状态的3104铝合金试样进行织构测试,并对其织构的体积分数测试误差进行分析。结果表明:X射线衍射法检测试样的倾斜角为50°时,利用任意单包法计算织构的体积分数误差基本趋于稳定,合理选择X射线衍射法的倾斜角可节省测试时间和保证体积分数测试误差在可接受范围内。

       

      Abstract: The texture of 3104 aluminum alloy samples with three different heat treatment states was tested by X-ray diffraction method, and the volume fraction test error of the texture was analyzed. The results show that when the inclination angle of X-ray diffraction test sample was 50°, the volume fraction error of texture calculated by ADC method basically tended to be stable. Reasonable selection of inclination angle of X-ray diffraction test sample could save test time and ensure volumn fraction measurement error within acceptable range.
