Abstract: Aiming at the problems of short replacement cycle and long overseas direct purchase time of some spare parts of imported automatic material testing machine, combined with the failure maintenance cases of testing machine in daily work, the feasibility of purchasing domestic spare parts of imported automatic material testing machine in various models and stages was discussed, and the reasonable scheme of replacing imported spare parts was found. The work could provide guarantee for improving the management efficiency of laboratory equipment.
