Abstract: Aiming at the problems existing in the quality inspection of blast furnace raw fuel, a new automatic raw fuel online sampling and testing technology was proposed, and the technology was compared with the traditional technology. Based on the analysis of typical cases, the process flow of automatic raw fuel online sampling and testing technology and the technical indicators of blast furnace in this case were introduced. The results show that the technology could accurately and timely guide the production of blast furnace, which was convenient for operators to adopt reasonable production process quickly and accurately according to the quality of raw fuel.
