    某风电机组行星齿轮断齿原因

    Causes of broken teeth of planetary gear of a wind turbine

    • 摘要: 某风电机组行星齿轮在运行约2 a后发生断齿。采用化学成分分析、宏观观察、断口分析、金相检验、扫描电镜及能谱分析等方法,分析了该齿轮断齿的原因。结果表明:该行星齿轮原材料中存在大量聚集的夹杂物,在齿轮服役过程中,夹杂物附近易产生应力集中,从而在该处萌生裂纹,齿轮表面烧伤加速裂纹扩展,最终导致齿轮发生疲劳断裂。

       

      Abstract: The planetary gear of a wind turbine had broken teeth after about 2 years of operation.Using chemical composition analysis,macroscopic observation,fracture analysis,metallographic inspection,scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis,the reasons for broken teeth of the gear were analyzed.The results showed that there were a large number of aggregated inclusions in the raw material of the planetary gear.During the service process of the gear,stress concentration was easy to occur near the inclusions,so that cracks were initiated there,and the surface burn of the gear accelerated the crack propagation,which eventually led to fatigue fracture of the gear.
