    热轧钢板高频直缝电阻焊接制管开裂原因

    Reasons for cracking of high frequency longitudional resistance welding pipe of hot-rolled steel plate

    • 摘要: 某公司使用热轧钢板生产高频直缝电阻焊管,焊管端部在切削后发生开裂。采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、金相检验及断口分析等方法,分析了焊管开裂的原因。结果表明:在焊接过程中,焊接电流过大引起输入功率过高,造成焊缝温度过高,在焊缝处形成粗大的魏氏组织和大量孔洞,从而导致焊管发生开裂。

       

      Abstract: A company used hot-rolled steel plate to produce pipes by high frequency longitudinal resis tance welding,the welded pipe end cracked after cutting.By means of macroscopic observation,chemical composition analysis,metallographic inspection and fracture analysis,the reasons for cracking of welded pipe were analyzed.The results showed that in the welding process,the input power was too high due to the excessive welding current,which caused the welding seam temperature to be too high.Thick Widmanstätten microstructure and a large number of holes were formed at the weld,which led to cracking of welded pipe.
