    某余热发电锅炉低温过热器连接弯头开裂原因

    Causes of cracking of connecting elbow of low temperature superheater of a waste heat power generation boiler

    • 摘要: 某余热发电锅炉低温过热器连接弯头在运行三个月后发生开裂。采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、硬度测试、金相检验和能谱分析等方法,分析了连接弯头开裂的原因。结果表明:该连接弯头开裂的原因是在锅炉安装后的煮炉过程中,碱液进入过热器,并在连接弯头内表面焊缝处聚集、浓缩,在较高的温度及管道自重、汽水振动、热应力和结构应力的共同等多种应力作用下,连接弯头焊缝处发生碱脆开裂。

       

      Abstract: The connecting elbow of the low temperature superheater of a waste heat power generation boiler was cracked after three months of operation.By means of macroscopic observation,chemical composition analysis,hardness test,metallographic inspection and energy spectrum analysis,the reasons for the cracking of the connecting elbow were analyzed.The results showed that the reason for the cracking of the connecting elbow was that during the boiling process after the boiler was installed,the lye entered the superheater,and accumulated and concentrated at the weld on the inner surface of the connecting elbow.Under the combined action of high temperature and various stresses such as pipeline weight,steam-water vibration,thermal stress and structural stress,alkali embrittlement cracking occurred at the weld of the connecting elbow.
