    模拟焊后热处理温度对Q345R钢板焊接接头的焊接残余应力及力学性能的影响

    Effect of simulated post-weld heat treatment temperature on welding residual stress and mechanical properties of Q345R steel plate welded joint

    • 摘要: 通过热处理试验、残余应力测试、拉伸试验、弯曲试验、硬度试验等方法,分析了模拟焊后热处理温度对Q345R钢板焊接接头的残余应力及力学性能的影响。结果表明:随模拟焊后热处理温度由400℃提高至620℃,Q345R钢板焊接接头的残余应力逐渐减小,经620℃热处理后,可基本消除其焊接残余应力;随着模拟焊后热处理温度的提高,Q345R钢板焊接接头的抗拉强度有所降低,不同区域的硬度有不同程度的降低,其中热影响区的硬度降低最明显,焊缝硬度次之,母材硬度基本不变。

       

      Abstract: Through heat treatment test,residual stress test,tensile test,bending test,hardness test and other methods,the effect of simulated post-weld heat treatment temperature on the welding residual stress and mechanical properties of Q345R steel plate welded joint was analyzed.The results showed that as the simulated post-weld heat treatment temperature increased from 400℃ to 620℃,the welding residual stress of Q345R steel plate welded joint gradually decreased,and the welding residual stress could be basically eliminated after heat treatment at 620℃.With the increase of post-heat treatment temperature,the tensile strength and hardness of Q345R steel plate welded joint decreased.The hardness of the heat-affected zone decreased most obviously,followed by the hardness of the weld,and the hardness of the base metal remained basically unchanged.
