    复合板筒节开裂原因

    Cracking reason of composite plate cylinder

    • 摘要: 某R60702/TA1/Q345R复合板筒节在基层焊缝附近发生开裂,复合板基层存在裂纹。通过宏观检验、化学成分分析、金相检验及能谱分析等方法对复合板基层缺陷产生原因进行了分析。结果表明,复合板缺陷为基层Q345R钢中的大量非金属夹杂物和沉淀相条带,及由非金属夹杂物和沉淀相引起的裂纹。

       

      Abstract: A certain R60702/TA1/Q345R composite plate cracked near the base layer weld of the tube section, and the base layer of the base material composite plate had cracks. The reasons for the defects of the composite board base layer were analyzed by methods such as macroscopic inspection, chemical composition analysis, metallographic inspection and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that the defects of the composite board were a large number of non-metallic inclusions and precipitation phase bands in the base layer of Q345R steel, and cracks caused by non-metallic inclusions and precipitation phase.
