    蓄能器承压壳体热处理效果的无损评估

    Nondestructive evaluation of heat treatment effect of accumulator pressure shell

    • 摘要: 探索了一种基于材料磁特性的无损检测方法,用于全面评估蓄能器承压壳体的热处理效果。结果表明:35CrMo 钢壳体经过整体调质处理后,其组织为回火索氏体;热处理后磁场强度及其梯度均显著增大;矫顽力由749 A/m增加至1 025 A/m,并与硬度呈线性关系;可用材料的矫顽力有效表征蓄能器承压壳体的硬度和强度等力学性能。

       

      Abstract: A nondestructive testing method based on magnetic properties of materials was explored to comprehensively evaluate the heat treatment effect of accumulator pressure shell. The results show that the microstructure of 35CrMo steel shell after overall quenching and tempering was tempered sorbite. The magnetic field intensity and its gradient increased obviously after heat treatment. The coercivity increased from 749 A/m to 1 025 A/m, and was linear with hardness. The coercivity of available materials effectively characterized the hardness and strength of accumulator pressure shell.
