    表面粗糙度对氧化物弥散强化钢板高温蠕变性能的影响

    Effect of surface roughness on high temperature creep property of oxide dispersion-strengthened steel plate

    • 摘要: 采用高温原位疲劳试验机对氧化物弥散强化(ODS)钢板进行高温蠕变试验,分析了表面粗糙度对ODS钢板高温蠕变性能的影响。结果表明:随着表面粗糙度的减小,ODS钢板的稳态蠕变速率减小,蠕变寿命延长,试验后钢板表面裂纹数量减少;ODS钢板表面裂纹是由其表面纵向分布的划痕与横向分布的滑移线相互作用形成的,随着时间的延长,裂纹扩展、相互连接,最终导致钢板断裂。

       

      Abstract: The high temperature creep test of oxide dispersion-strengthened (ODS) steel plate was carried out by high temperature in-situ fatigue testing machine, and the influence of the surface roughness on the high temperature creep performance of ODS steel plate was analyzed. The results showed that with the decrease of surface roughness, the steady-state creep rate of ODS steel plate decreased, the creep life extended, and the number of surface cracks of steel plate after test decreased. The surface cracks of ODS steel plate were formed by the interaction of the longitudinally distributed scratches on the surface and the laterally distributed slip lines. With the extension of time, the cracks propagated and connected to each other, eventually caused steel plate to break.
