    金相检验在钢棒相控阵超声波探伤判定中的应用

    Application of Metallographic Examination in Phased ArrayUltrasonic Inspection of Steel Bars

    • 摘要: 选取几例典型相控阵水浸超声波探伤不合格案例,将相控阵探伤波形、A型脉冲反射法超声波探伤信号、酸浸低倍检验、高倍金相检验及能谱分析等方法结合起来,对不合格钢棒材进行判定分析。经分析制定了探伤不合格钢棒材的检验流程,总结了不同缺陷的相控阵探伤波形图谱信息,有利于建立质量问题台账,进行缺陷的快速判定。

       

      Abstract: Several typical unqualified cases of phased array water immersion ultrasonic inspection were selected. The unqualified steel bars were judged and analyzed by combining phased array inspection waveform, A-type pulse reflection ultrasonic inspection signal, acid immersion low magnification inspection, high magnification metallographic inspection and energy spectrum analysis. After analysis, the inspection process of unqualified steel bars was formulated, and the information of phased array inspection waveform spectrum of different defects was summarized, which was conducive to the establishment of quality problem account and rapid determination of defects.
