    穿条式隔热型材蠕变系数的影响因素及应用

    Influencing Factors and Application of Creep Coefficient of the Thermal Barrier Profiles with Insertion Methodology

    • 摘要: 蠕变系数A作为评价隔热型材复合稳定性的指标具有重要意义,通过纵向剪切试验研究了穿条式隔热型材蠕变系数的影响因素及应用。结果表明:蠕变系数A与纵向剪切特征值TC和纵向剪切标准差ST高度相关,而与隔热条截面高度h无关。蠕变系数A不应单独使用,需要联合TCST才能更有效地对隔热型材的复合稳定性作出评价。现行国家标准中蠕变系数A的合格值空缺,需要大量试验数据来支持后续的修订工作。

       

      Abstract: Creep coefficient A is of great significance as an index to evaluate the composite stability of the thermal barrier profiles. The influencing factors and application of creep coefficient of the thermal barrier profile with insertion methodology were studied by longitudinal shear test. The results show that the creep coefficient A was highly correlated with the result of the longitudinal shear characteristic value TC and the longitudinal shear standard deviation ST. And it has nothing to do with section height h for the thermal barrier strip. It is pointed out that creep coefficient A should not be used alone. It is necessary to combine TC and ST to evaluated the composite stability of the thermal barrier profiles more effectively. There is a vacancy in the qualified value of creep coefficient A in the current national standard. A large amount of test data are needed to support the subsequent revision work.
