    输电线路耐张线夹断裂原因

    Fracture Causes of Strain Clamps for Transmission Line

    • 摘要: 某500 kV输电线路的耐张线夹在运行中发生断裂。采用化学成分分析、几何尺寸测量、断口分析、力学仿真计算等方法对耐张线夹的断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:耐张线夹根部局部受到约束,在受到较大应力时耐张线夹的转角部位产生应力集中形成裂纹,裂纹在因风力形成的交变应力作用下扩展发生疲劳断裂。

       

      Abstract: The strain clamps of a 500 kV transmission line fractured during operation. The fracture causes of strain clamps were analyzed by means of chemical composition analysis, geometric dimension measurement, fracture analysis and mechanical simulation calculation. The results show that the root of the strain clamps was lconstrained locally, and the stress concentration occurred at the corner of the strain clamps when it is under large stress. The crack propagated under the action of alternating stress caused by wind force, and fatigue fracture occurred.
