    参数设置对镁/铝合金电子探针面分析结果的影响

    Influence of Parameters Setting on the Results of Electron Probe Mapping Analysis of Mg/Al Alloy

    • 摘要: 简述了电子探针的部分工作原理,研究了电子探针不同试验参数设置对镁、铝合金样品面分析结果的影响,并分析了影响机理。结果表明:镁合金样品表面有硬质凸起析出相时,同一个元素采用不同通道的多块晶体同时采集信号,结果可靠性高;铝合金中硼元素信号采集参数设置为Peak/BG-时结果的可靠性高但效率低,设置为Peak时效率高但结果偶尔不可靠。

       

      Abstract: The part working principle of electron prboe micro analyzer was briefly described. The influence of different test parameters of electron prboe micro analyzer on the mapping analysis results of Mg/Al alloy were studied, and the influence mechanism was analyzed. The results show that when there were hard convex precipitates on the surface of Mg alloy samples, the results were highly reliable when the same element used multiple crystals with different channels to collect signals at the same time. When the signal acquisition parameter of B element in the Al alloy was set to Peak/BG-, the results were reliable but the efficiency was low, while when it was set to Peak, the efficiency was high but the results were unreliable occasionally.
