    过负荷电流对铜导线断后伸长率和断面收缩率的影响

    Influence of Overload Current on Elongation after Fracture and Percentage Reduction of Area for Copper Conductor

    • 摘要: 研究了不同大小的过负荷电流及通电时间对铜导线的断后伸长率和断面收缩率的影响,并建立了过负荷电流与铜导线断后伸长率、断面收缩率的回归方程。结果表明:铜导线的断后伸长率和断面收缩率随着额定电流的增大而下降;在相同的额定电流下,铜导线的断后伸长率和断面收缩率随着通电时间的延长而下降。通电时间对铜导线断后伸长率和断面收缩率的影响小于电流大小对铜导线断后伸长率和断面收缩率的影响。

       

      Abstract: The effects of different overload current and power on time on the elongation after fracture and percentage reduction of area for copper conductor were studied, and the regression equations of overload current and elongation after fracture and percentage reduction of area for copper conductor were established. The results show that the elongation after fracture and percentage reduction of area decrease with the increase of the rated current. Under the same rated current, the elongation after fracture and percentage reduction of area for copper conductor decrease with the extension of power on time. The effect of electrified time on elongation after fracture and percentage reduction of area for copper conductor was less than that of current on elongation after fracture and percentage reduction of area for copper.
