    真空辅助树脂扩散成型工艺在棱台型端盖上的应用

    Application of Vacuum Assisted Resin Infusion Molding in Truncated Pyramid Type Canister Cover

    • 摘要: 真空辅助树脂扩散成型工艺是一种低成本制造技术,为降低端盖制造成本,将真空辅助树脂扩散成型工艺应用于棱台型端盖的成型上。采用有限元软件对棱台型端盖的开盖压力和反向承压能力进行了仿真分析,并制作了3个端盖实物进行试验验证。结果表明:实物试验结果与仿真结果比较吻合。端盖反向承压0.02 MPa不破坏,与仿真结果一致;端盖开盖压力平均值为0.055 MPa,比仿真预测值高7.2%。

       

      Abstract: Vacuum assisted resin diffusion molding (VARIM) is a low-cost manufacturing technology. In order to reduce the manufacturing cost of canister cover, VARIM was applied to the forming of truncated pyramid type canister cover. The finite element software was used to simulate the internal failure pressure and reverse pressure bearing capacity of the truncated pyramid type canister cover, and three canister covers were made for experimental verification. The results show that the physical test results were in good agreement with the simulation results. The canister covers were well under 0.02 MPa reverse pressure without damage, which was consistent with the simulation results. The average internal failure pressure of the canister covers was 0.055 MPa, which was 7.2% higher than simulation prediction value.
