    横梁位移模式下的拉伸试验速率控制与验证测试方案

    Rate Control of Tensile Test and Verification Test Scheme in Crosshead Separation Mode

    • 摘要: 通过演示横梁位移控制模式下的拉伸试验,验证了名义速率与试样上应变速率的差异,并分析了二者之间的关联和特征。结果表明:试验室可通过改变名义速率获得满意的试样上应变速率,建立了验证测试方案;可将验证测试方案固化为作业文件应用于日常测试,以大幅提升横梁位移模式下的应变速率控制精度。

       

      Abstract: By demonstrating the tensile test in crosshead separation control mode, the difference between nominal rate and strain rate on the specimen was verified, and the relationship and characteristics between them were analyzed. The results show that the laboratory can obtain a satisfactory strain rate on the specimen by changing the nominal rate, and establish a verification test scheme. The verification test scheme can be solidified as working document for daily test, so as to greatly improve the control accuracy of strain rate in crosshead separation mode.
