    锅炉HR3C不锈钢末级过热器管泄漏原因

    Cause of Leakage on HR3C Stainless Steel Final Superheater Tube of Boiler

    • 摘要: 某超超临界锅炉末级过热器管发生泄漏事故,通过宏观观察、化学成分分析、力学性能试验、金相检验和能谱分析等方法,对过热器管的泄漏原因进行了分析。结果表明:HR3C不锈钢末级过热器管材料中存在晶间氧化和原始内折叠缺陷,采用水浸法超声波检测未检出,运行过程中在缺陷部位产生应力集中并萌生裂纹源,裂纹在轧制过程中的交变应力作用下沿缺陷扩展最终造成管壁泄漏。

       

      Abstract: The final superheater tube of an ultra supercritical boiler leaked. The causes of leakage on superheater tube were analyzed by means of macro observation, chemical composition analysis, mechanical property test, metallographic examination and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that there were intergranular oxidation and original inner fold defects in the material of HR3C stainless steel final superheater tube, which were not detected by water immersion ultrasonic detection. During operation, stress concentration and crack source generated at the defect, and the crack propagated along the defect under the action of alternating stress during rolling, finally resulted in tube wall leakage.
