    气孔对不同MIG焊铝镁合金焊缝凝固裂纹敏感性的影响

    Effect of Porosity on Solidification Crack Sensitivity of Different MIG Welding Al-Mg Alloy Weld Seam

    • 摘要: 为研究铝镁合金焊缝内部气孔对不同MIG焊焊缝凝固裂纹敏感性的影响,使用鱼骨型试板测试了8种焊接工艺下的焊缝凝固裂纹长度,并分别对焊缝区的微观气孔进行观察。结果表明:双脉冲MIG焊焊缝凝固裂纹敏感性普遍大于单脉冲MIG焊的,但其焊缝气孔数量却比单脉冲MIG焊的少;双脉冲MIG焊焊缝凝固裂纹敏感性增大的原因是双脉冲电流的振荡作用使气孔聚集,导致气孔内部气压增大,阻碍了低熔点液相向微观热裂纹的填充。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the effects of porosity in different MIG welding Al-Mg alloy weld seam on the sensitivity of solidification crack, the lengths of weld seam solidification cracks in 8 welding processes were measured by using fishbone test plate, and the micro porosity in weld zone were observed. The results show that the weld seam solidification crack sensitivity of double pulse MIG welding is generally higher than that of single pulse MIG welding, but the number of weld porosities is less than that of single pulse MIG welding. The reason for the increase of weld seam solidification crack sensitivity in double pulse MIG welding is that the oscillation of double pulse current makes the porosities gather, which leads to the increase of gas pressure in the porosities and hinders the filling of low melting point liquid phase to micro hot cracks.
