    管道支吊架管夹变形原因

    Deformation Causes of Pipe Clamp for Pipe Hanger

    • 摘要: 某电厂主蒸汽管道支吊架D9型管夹发生变形。采用化学成分分析及有限元分析等方法对管夹的变形原因进行了分析。结果表明:该管夹在运行状态下的最大拉应力达到124 MPa,位于管夹折弯角外表面。最大拉应力超过了材料的许用应力值,加速了管夹在高温状态下的蠕变速率,蠕变变形不断累积使得管夹两端变形上翘明显。

       

      Abstract: The D9 type pipe clamp of main steam pipe hanger in a power plant was deformed. The deformation causes of pipe clamp were analyzed by means of chemical composition analysis and finite element analysis. The results show that the maximum tensile stress of the clamp was 124 MPa, which was located on the outer surface of the bending angle of the clamp. The maximum tensile stress exceeded the allowable stress value of the material, which accelerated the creep rate of the pipe clamp at high temperature. The creep deformation accumulated continuously and made the deformation of both ends of the pipe clamp warping obviously.
