    塔里木油田套管气密封检测技术现状及分析

    Current Situation and Analysis of Casing Gas Seal Detection Technology in Tarim Oilfield

    • 摘要: 为降低油田气井套管泄漏造成的事故风险,油田采用气密封检测技术来排查和检测完井套管的泄漏情况,保障套管的完整性,对塔里木油田气密封检测的原理、标准、现状、检测压力和检测时间进行了分析,并抽取部分检测报告对气密封检测检出套管不合格的原因进行了分析。结果表明:经卸扣、清洗、涂抹螺纹脂、排除外界干扰后再次检测,合格套管所占的比例较大。由于螺纹损坏或质量因素导致泄漏所占比例较小,认为现场操作、使用环境是造成气密封检测时套管不合格的主要因素。气密封检测技术能对接头工厂端气密封性提供技术保障,解决了油田工厂端缺少检测手段的问题。相比接头泄漏导致的严重后果,尽管下套管时间每根增加了近4 min,气密封检测仍是不可缺少的过程。泄漏率不会随着检测压力的增加而增加,与检测压力无直接关系,且检测压力为套管抗内压强度的60%时较为安全、可靠。

       

      Abstract: In order to reduce the accident risk caused by casing leakage in oil and gas well, the oil field adopts the gas seal detection technology to check and detect the leakage of completion casing, so as to ensure the integrity of casing. The principle, standard, current situation, detection pressure and detection time of gas seal detection in tarim oilfield were analyzed, and some test reports were extracted to analyze the causes of unqualified casing detected by gas seal detection. The results show that the proportion of qualified casing re detection was large after shackle, cleaning, smearing thread grease and eliminating external interference. Due to the small proportion of leakage caused by thread damage or quality factors, it was considered that the main factors causing unqualified casing gas seal inspection were site operation and service environment. The gas seal detection technology can provide technical guarantee for the gas tightness of the joint factory end, and solve the problem of lack of detection means for the factory end in the oilfield. Compared with the serious consequences caused by joint leakage, although the running time of each casing is increased by nearly 4 min, the gas seal detection is still an indispensable process. The leakage rate will not increase with the increase of the detection pressure, and has no direct relationship with the detection pressure. When the detection pressure is 60% of the internal pressure strength of the casing, it is safe and reliable.
