Abstract: The common faults and solutions of the auxiliary equipment of scanning electron microscopy system were introduced. The inspection management personnel shall do a good job in the maintenance of auxiliary equipment, understand the fault points of each equipment, can quickly solve the fault problems with low cost, and effectively ensure the normal operation of the test work.
